Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment for BodyGuides session payment methods accepted are cash, debit card, credit card, or Zelle. Payment is non-refundable. Single session payment is due at the date of the session.
  2. Full payment for packages of multiple sessions is due by the first session of the package. Payment methods accepted are cash, debit card, credit card, and Zelle. Payment is non-refundable, and all sessions in package must be used by the stated expiration date of the package.
  3. Late payments will incur any fees associated with collection, plus accrual of 10% of amount due added each day late.
  4. Clients are responsible for remembering and attending their booked sessions. If clients arrive late for their session, BodyGuides cannot extend the session time.
  5. Clients agree to pay for booked sessions in full if canceling or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance.
  6. BodyGuides and Sonya White do not claim to provide medical, palliative or ameliorative services.
  7. During a session, clients are responsible to tell Sonya White, owner of BodyGuides, if anything they are experiencing is uncomfortable or painful. Based on feedback, Sonya White will adjust the session work until the client is comfortable.
  8. Clients are responsible for coming to and going from their BodyGuides session safely.
  9. BodyGuides and Sonya White are not responsible for client’s mental, physical, and emotional state before and after a BodyGuides session.
  10. BodyGuides and Sonya White reserve the right to refuse service.
  11. BodyGuides is not a spa or massage parlor. Sonya White is not a massage therapist, and does not perform massages. BodyGuides sessions are clothes-on.
  12. Should a client dispute agreements and service received by BodyGuides, they are welcome to email support@bodyguides.co with their complaint.
